Tiger Group have a professional team of over 100 people led by a senior technical director with 20 years of experience. At the project execution level, we implement a dedicated team system to ensure that the team's focus remains highly concentrated and that communication is smooth and efficient throughout the project cycle. We have established a comprehensive information security management mechanism and can sign confidentiality agreements according to client needs. From physical control of the production site to encrypted data transmission, we implement closed-loop management throughout the entire process to effectively protect the security of our clients' business information.
Regarding after-sales service, a separate hard drive is provided for archiving upon project delivery, and all project files are retained by the customer for five years. During the after-sales guarantee period, minor adjustments are free of charge; for structural adjustments, only basic costs will be charged, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.
